The Wave2 Locator Admin Portal location management screen gives you easy tools to manage hours for your lobby, drive-thru lanes, interactive video tellers, lending offices, and more. It also makes it as easy as drag-and-drop to give pixel-perfect accuracy to your map marker pin positioning.
Managing Hours
Review the navigation and manage locations help pages, then go to the Manage Locations screen, select your location to edit, and scroll down to the Hours section. There you will find sections for three different hours features per location: Lobby Hours, Drive-Up Hours, and Free-Form Hours.
Although most financial institutions use branch/lobby hours and drive-up hours as standard, you can also easily change the label/naming for these features, repurposing them for use in other feature hours. This is a simple matter of changing the Lobby Hours label and Drive-Thru Hours label under Other Configurations. For instructions on how to do that, please see the Other Configuration help pages and video.
Free-Form Hours are intended for use with less-common features, such as interactive video tellers, lending offices, and the like, that may have their own hours of operation and availability. Simply give a text name/label to the type of hours and fill in the hours accordingly.
Hours inputs are available for the opening and closing time for the resource, seven days a week. These hours input fields are fairly flexible and will accept directly typed text, or you can simply click the input box and choose any hour in fifteen minute increments from the available dropdown hours suggestions.
How to set up Closed for the Day: If the resource is closed, simply leave the open and close fields blank for that day. Don't include a space or any other content. You will see that there is a gray placeholder saying, for example, Sun Open or Sun Close. Important Note: The placeholder text is added automatically when the field is blank/empty. You should never type in the placeholder text. Simply delete all content in that day's inputs and the resource will be closed for that day.
