The Wave2 Locator Admin Portal offers extensive and detailed tracking and reporting, including a statistical overview screen, search option / search filter usage, reports on types of searches, on email, and SMS/text sharing, as well as search and usage heat maps and cluster maps for data visualization of geographic user interest and demand. Beyond these reports, you can also filter and manipulate the raw search data and export it as Excel or CSV formatted file downloads.
Search Statistics Screen - Viewing Basic Usage Tracking & Reporting
From the top menu, select Tracking & Reporting and then Search Statistics.
Here you'll find usage reporting, with a default date range of 30 days. Click on the date picker in the upper right-hand corner to change the date range for all reports on this screen.
The top graph is total daily search/usage over the past 30 days.

Below the usage graph is a table and corresponding pie chart showing the breakdown of usage of your different search filter option checkboxes:

Below the search option filter reports are the search activity type reports. Similar to the above, this includes a table and a pie chart detailing the types of searches that have taken place in the current date range, including Initial Load of your locator, Text Search entries, Mobile App Searches, and Drag & Explore Map Searches.

Finally, the last graph on this screen is the Share by Email and SMS/Text graph, showing you any share activity that has taken place in the date range.
